Step into island living in this generous 2 Bedroom Plus suite (BP2) at Kings’ Land, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Waikoloa on Hawaii’s Big Island. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a great choice for families or groups seeking both space and resort amenities.

This contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, some with a golf course or resort view, located on the second or top floor, is tastefully accented with Hawaiian inspired artwork and finishes and has an extended outdoor lanai with chaise lounges and dining table. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and bathroom with a large free-standing shower and dual sink vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with an adjacent bathroom including a shower/tub combination. A separate living space includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining area, HD flat screen TV and HGV's In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

Resort amenities enhance the stay: free self-parking, complimentary WiFi, non-smoking units, an on-site restaurant (Kings Land Bistro & Lounge), outdoor pool, fitness center, and a shuttle service to Hilton Waikoloa Village where additional ocean-front pools, lagoon, and spa are available. Quiet surroundings among the golf course and tropical landscaping add to the relaxed vibe of the location.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.

A US $250 pre-authorization deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

The property is non-smoking; pets are not permitted (service animals excepted).

Guests have access to the shuttle to Hilton Waikoloa Village, Hawaiian cultural activities, fitness classes, and bottled water. Local lodging and occupancy taxes will be collected unless already included.
