The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Minimum age to rent is 21.
• Security deposit of $180 required at check-in.
• Parking: Free parking. Please consult the front desk for availability and restrictions upon arrival.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking.
• Late checkout: $500/hour fee and may lead to eviction.
• Room assignments may differ from the photos, as each unit is unique.
• Please note: the recreation deck (pool, spas, BBQs, playground) will be under renovation from April 2025 to June 2026. Work takes place Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Please pardon the noise as improvements are made to the property.

Were told to check in at 4:00 although their office closes at 4:00. Not informed that the pool and full rec deck would be closed (no discounted offered) for months, was told they didn't have our contact info...dealt with smells from the remodeling. Were told only 1 roll of tp issued to room, if more needed you must buy. Toliet broken, tv remote broken, light bulb out, moldy caulking along the bathtub, noisy air conditioner. I have not mentioned all of our frustrations.
