Large one bedroom, one bathroom townhouse/condo with dedicated offstreet parking and fenced yard with lanai. Home has all the essentials for your stay, great neighborhood and location.
The space
Living room has a smart TV, Ceiling Fan, AC and an X-Large and very comfy sectional couch and a coffee table that extends towards the couch for laptop surfing or eating, etc.
There is a small dining/working table with 4 bar stools.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, air fryer, hot plate, Nespresso coffee maker as well as essential kitchenware such as plates, silverware, cups, wine opener, can opener, spatchelas, etc.
The Bedroom has a California King bed with a smart TV, as well as ceiling fan and AC.
There is a dedicated offstreet parking stall right outside of the private courtyard/lanai area/entrance, as well as seating and a BBQ on the lanai.
There is large walk in closet/storage when you first enter the home.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

Guests will have access to the entire space, including the courtyard and parking. There is also additional guest parking across from the condo as well as street parking.
There is a community pool nearby, let us know if you would like the keyfob for access to the pool.
