    Hi! My condo is renovated and kept very orderly, esthetic, and clean. I have rented my guest bedroom at this property out on AirBnb every single night since April 2014 and it booked out 100% of the time. I am a Superhost on Airbnb which is a status given to hosts who have the best listings, the best reviews by guests, and who are the most responsible hosts regarding the spaces they rent out. We have over 150 Five star reviews on our Airbnb listing for this property and I am happy to provide the link to anyone who wishes to see them. The condo is in downtown Waikiki less than a minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The condo building is sandwiched between Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, the Hyatt Place Waikiki, the Aston Waikiki, and the Queen Kapiolani Hotels as neighbors. You'll be sharing the same space as the tourists spending a ton of money every night for a single hotel room just footsteps away from the major hotel chains and you get access to a full beautiful condo! The condo is located half a block off Kalakaua Ave which is home to the famous Waikiki Shopping and Dining Strip and Waikiki Beach. It is literally in the heart of the best shopping and dining Oahu has to offer let alone being within footsteps of the most popular beaches around. It is also less than a minute walk to the Honolulu Zoo! There is an ABC store adjacent to the condo for any convenience store needs and a Safeway Store is a 3-5 min drive. It really is the most convenient area in Waikiki. You can't ask for a more central location! Anything you want is within minutes of walking and even more with a short bus/cab ride! The various tour and public transit busses all stop in front of the condo and there are taxi's (or uber if you prefer) galore! The condo has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and private en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed with a private en suite bathroom. There is a full kitchen stocked with all essentials for cooking and dining along with a living room and a beautiful lanai (balcony) to lounge on. The living room has a large sectional couch as well as an additional couch that folds down flat and can be used as a full size bed. There is a 60 inch TV in the living room, a 55 inch TV in the master bedroom, and a 42 inch TV in the second (guest) bedroom with a Blu-Ray as well as a non-Blue Ray DVD player. All TV's have standard cable on them. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and toilet paper. I have boogie boards in the rooms along with beach chairs, beach towels, and beach mats that are available for guests to use. PARKING AVAILABLE FOR $15 PER DAY. YOU WILL GET YOUR OWN PRIVATE PARKING STALL DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE CONDO. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL REQUIRE PARKING. You will be provided with clean sheets and towels. Washer and dryer are also available inside the condo but you must purchase your own detergent and dryer sheets if you wish to use them. Use/relax in the living room, on the lanai (balcony), and have full access to the kitchen to cook/prepare your food but you MUST unplug everything after using it FOR SAFETY. Also for SAFETY, NO CANDLES anywhere in the house. There is a fridge/freezer for any food you choose to purchase and store inside during your stay. There is a wall AC unit in the living room. There is no centralized AC in the bedrooms but it is never really needed here in Hawaii. You have windows that open up in the rooms and in the condo and they provide a nice breeze. A fan is available in the rooms if needed. Basic house rules: you break it, you pay for it. No pets, no parties, no smoking allowed inside our unit and within the condo bldg. You may drink wine or beer inside the condo but it must be done responsibly without getting drunk, loud etc. As the owner I will not be liable/responsible for any personal injury (big and/or small) of the renter. You're responsible for you. Check in is at 2:00 p.m and check out is at 11:00 a.m. I try to be as flexible as possible and work with in-coming guests and out-going guests so I may ask flexibility with you all! Many people need later check-in times and some need to leave their luggage at the condo after check-out until their flight leaves! I will do my best to accommodate and ask the same in return! I know the island well and have hiked, eaten, and explored all over Oahu. I am happy to share my knowledge of hikes, things to do/see, places to eat, etc. Just ask! All people are welcome in my home regardless of race, gender, sexual preference/identity, religion, beliefs, etc. No need to explain yourself to me, we are all people, we are all important and valued. The living room has a large sectional couch as well as a couch that folds down flat and can be used as a bed. Additional pillows, sheets, and blankets are available for any additional guests.
