RE: vacation info
The Outrigger Reef is centrally located in Waikiki, right on the beach. There are two nice restaurants downstairs. One is the Shorebird. They have a great salad bar (all you can eat) and you can grill your own meat. Next door is the Ocean House, a bit more upscale. They have good fish. What things are you looking to do? Do you mean in Waikiki or on the island in general? What are your interests? There are so many things you can do it's hard to list it all here without knowing what your interests are.

RE: vacation info
If you want to go to Pearl Harbor, you have two choices. You can either join a tour group (they pick you up from your hotel and drive you there and it includes a guide), or you can do it on your own. There is no entrance fee to the main activities at Pearl Harbor (to visit the USS Arizona). If you want to go on your own, take bus #42. A bus ticket is $2.50. If you go on your own, go as early as possible because later in the day (even in the morning) it gets really busy and you might have to wait 2 hours to take the shuttle boat that goes to the USS Arizona. If you want to do additional activities, such as visit the Pacific Aviation Museum, the Bowfin Submarine or the USS Missouri, these attractions cost extra. See more info here: https://www.pearlharborinhawaii.com/

Regarding beaches, there are so many nice beaches, I can't recommend any particular one. Waikiki Beach is always crowded. Another nice beach within easy reach is Ala Moana Beach Park. It's the best swimming beach on the island (better than Waikiki Beach) because it is protected by a reef and has no waves. It also has a sandy ocean bottom, so you don't have to worry about cutting your feet on the reef. The beaches on the north shore are also nice when the ocean is calm. Kailua Beach on the east shore is also beautiful. Here are links to the beaches that I mentioned:

Regarding the big dinner, you maybe mean a Hawaiian luau? A luau is a buffet-style dinner that includes a Polynesian show and sometimes other activities. There are several on the island, a few are in Waikiki and some are outside of town (they offer pick-ups at the hotels and they shuttle you to their locations). Popular luaus outside of Waikiki include Germaines Luau, Paradise Cove Luau and the Polynesian Cultural Center Luau.

A nice car trip around the southeastern tip of the island I have described here: https://www.to-hawaii.com/blog/oahu-sout...uided-tour

A plane ticket to a neighbor island costs around $60-70 one-way.

RE: vacation info
Yes, there isn't much you can do between 3 pm and 10 pm. Maybe just sit in a restaurant on the beach? Maybe ask the hotel if they can store your luggage for a few hours?
