Multilingual European citizen looking for a job in Maui

Hi All,

I'm an Italian citizen, a native speaker of English, fluent in Italian and Spanish, and proficient in French. In short, I'm wondering if anyone out there has any special recommendations for finding a job in Maui. I've worked a lot as an English teacher and a technical translator. I'm living in Ireland at the moment, and this may be a major stumbling block, as well as the fact that I'd have to be sponsored for a work visa, since I'm not a US citizen. But in any case I was wondering if anyone had any leads.
