If your pick up is within 24 hours, please call us to confirm your booking. For any complaints or information contact us at: customer@viptrans.com If you are arriving on a domestic flight please go to your baggage claim area. We will meet you there and will have a sign with your name on it. If you are arriving on an international arrival please exit customs to the curb. We will meet you at the curb and will have a sign with your name on it. Do not cross any streets without our staff. We will find you. Our staff wears green and white Hawaiian Style Shirts. If you want you can call us when you arrive. It is not necessary. For departures to the airport, we ask that you be at your hotel's main entrance at your desired time and allow a window of 15 minutes in case the driver has another stop. You can call us as well to confirm your departures.

- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulations

- There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.
- Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
