If you are late beyond 15 minutes of your trip schedule, your trip will be cancelled for no show, without reimbursement. We do not accept email changes or cancellations. You must call the shop to initiate. Important Policy Information and Disclaimer: + If you are scuba diving: **You cannot fly and dive on the same day**. Depending on the diving depth, you are advised to wait a **minimum of 18 hours** after your dive before boarding an airplane. It can increase your risk of **Decompression Sickness** or **"the bends"** due to decreased ambient pressure on the plane. It's your responsibility to inform the shop for your flight schedule. + While safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before your trip. We reserve the right to deny service for your safety. +You can't dive if you are pregnant. + For beginners, non-certified divers or new students, it's your responsibility to carefully review the PADI discovery diver information and medical questionnaires. - Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Beginners will be grouped separately from certified divers in general. Private instructor is available should you prefer to dive with your parties.
- All change and cancellation must be requested 48 hours prior to the trip check-in time.
- Must review the medical questionnaire and as required, obtain medical doctor's consent for your diving ahead of time. Failed medical by check in time will incur in full booking charge.
- Must not fly within 18hours after diving. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur all booking cost.
- Any non-certified beginners shall review our medical questionnaire prior to book this tour. The purpose of the review shall ensure ample time in obtaining licensed physician's consent for diving activities before checkin. Failed medical questionnaire will forfeit all reimbursement if not cancelled within 48 hours. Please click on the link attached on the ticket once book to obtain medical form as required

Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
