Itinerary
Escape the noise and step onto a secluded, sacred Oʻahu beach sanctuary for a sacred ceremonial cacao experience — just a scenic 30-minute drive from Waikiki, 45–50 minutes from the North Shore. guided by a published researcher, author and yoga therapist.
Sip this ancient plant medicine — rich in magnesium, theobromine and the "bliss molecule" anandamide — as the sound of the waves and nature immersion work together to significantly lower cortisol and guide your nervous system from fight-or-flight into deep rest.
No experience necessary for either option.
1 Hr Intro Session: Sip cacao, learn its physical, mental and emotional benefits, and move through light breathwork and meditation for a real taste of reset.
2 Hr Reset Session: The full ceremony.
Cacao, breathwork, movement and guided meditation give your body time to fully unwind, release old patterns, and reconnect to yourself and the 'āina.
