Upon Arrival At Kahului Airport (OGG), meet up at 7:45 to 8:00 AM with your driver by exiting the baggage claim area, walk east (right) past the ride share p/up area to behind the old rental car facility's back parking lot. Look for a Polynesian Adventure vehicle, parking stall #2.

Thank you for booking your one-day tour with Polynesian Adventure. In order to process your reservation, we need the following mandatory information. Full name indicated on your state/driver license or foreign passport including your middle name or initial (if any) and your date of birth and gender for TSA regulations. Adult passengers 18 and over must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint in order to travel. A list of acceptable identification as required by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) can be reviewed at (https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification). IMPORTANT NOTE: Inter-island airfare costs tend to fluctuate daily and as a result may be subject to an overage charge per ticket. The overage charge will be collected at least 72 hours prior to the tour date. After you book and receive a confirmation from Viator, please give us a call at 1-800-322-6011 from 7:00-5:00 weekdays and 7:00-4:00 on weekends (Hawaii Standard Time) or email sales@polyad.com. Once we speak to you, we'll send confirmed all the required travel information and then book your inter-island flight. You'll then receive a confirmation to the email you have provided upon booking that provides your flight information. You'll meet at the departure airport at the designated meeting time and check-in at the counter or the Self-Service Kiosk on your own. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

- IMPORTANT: The name you enter at the time of booking must exactly match what appears on your valid government-issued I.D. photo I.D. that you will use during travel. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement and there is no flexibility with this policy. A valid government-issued ID (passport for non-US citizens) is required on the day of travel. If a passenger is denied boarding, there will be no refund.
- Haleakala is known for rapidly changing weather conditions and dense clouds and rain are common. As a result, clear viewing of the sunrise is not guaranteed, and the tour operates rain or shine. Refunds will be granted only when the tour is cancelled for safety reasons.
- The high altitude at the summit area may complicate health conditions and breathing difficulties. Elderly visitors, pregnant women, young children, and those with respiratory or heart conditions should consult their doctor prior to touring. Walk slowly and drink water to avoid dehydration. If you have gone scuba diving, you should wait at least 24 hours before going on this tour.
