Overview
Feel the Music!! Maui Zumba offers a very fun & great cardio dance class. With Latin flavor. Carolina is a dancer that incorporates the Fitness Zumba formula with choreography done to Latin rhythms & worldwide music. The class is for all ages and levels, but it is not a Zumba Gold class ( older age and injured students) it is not a slow paced class, it’s a fast moving pace with high & low impact moves done to 9-11 choreographed songs , some are easy to follow some are more challenging. It does take a few classes to learn the choreography, but if you are visiting Maui and want to join us for one time it’s a good way to learn some new moves & break a sweat . For sure this class is known to give the students a good workout & a good sweat . If working out & sweating is your thing then this class is a good fit ! Group classes available at the gym studio. Super fun thing to do with the family . All you need is a bottle of water, towel & wear tennis shoes.

Itinerary
They will join the group class at the dance studio in the Kihei Powerhouse Gym.
Or their private vacation home if they rather do a private for a different price .
This Zumba Class is 1hr of high & low impact , cardio fitness class.
Is a fast moving pace type of Zumba class .
The class consists of a warm-up, 9-10 choreographed dance moves to Latin rhythms & worldwide music , a cool down & a stretch.
The students can modify their movements according to their level of fitness , but are encouraged to keep moving even if it’s marching in place while they catch up to the next move or song , or simply catch their breath.
The class does take a few times to get the entire choreography but a few songs are easy to follow while others are more challenging.
There is something for everyone if the student wants to sweat , and have a good cardio session.
Everyone is welcomed to take breaks as needed and drink water as needed .

- It includes use of the Dance floor , bathroom , sauna if they come and join the group class! It also includes a breakdown of harder steps of choreography.

Meeting & Logistics
We will meet in the location the client chooses to have the class.
If it’s a private it will be at their location .
If it’s a group class they will meet me in the dance studio.
