Meeting & Logistics
You will receive a message from us through the Viator messaging system with all the meeting instructions you need including a GPS link to our location. We will provide you with a dry box for your car keys, wallet, and phone.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Safety is our top priority. To ensure the stability and performance of our clear kayaks, the total weight limit per kayak is 420lbs, with a maximum individual weight of 230lbs. Please ensure your booking details include accurate weights. Because we reserve equipment and space specifically for your group, we are unable to accommodate guests who exceed these limits at launch. In these instances, we cannot offer a refund. We appreciate your honesty and understanding in helping us keep every tour safe and enjoyable.
