Your outdoor wellness experience will take place on the energetically powerful living land of Maui. Each session reveals exactly what is ready to surface, be released and transmuted.
Whether you are seeking release, clarity, healing, or deep connection to yourself, this experience will meet you exactly where you are and bring you home to your truest self.
Sessions take place at the outdoor space at your rental location OR other sacred locations across Maui. Some locations are easily accessible, others involve a short hike in. All locations are chosen with intention.
In each session, we will begin with connection to the land and setting our intention for our journey. We will move through somatic movement, breathwork, and journaling to release what no longer serves you. From there, we will transition into a guided meditation and intuitive life force activation energy session designed to awaken your life force. We will close our journey with integration and gratitude.
Itinerary
Aloha and thank you for this opportunity to serve you in this intentional way! You will be guided to a sacred location on the island of Maui for a 2 hour outdoor spirit, mind, body wellness session. During the experience you will: - Be guided through grounding meditation connecting you to the land - Release emotional blocks and limiting beliefs - Receive intuitive energy work at locations along the land that call to us - Activate your life force energy - Set clear intentions and open to what you are ready to manifest Every journey is completely unique — shaped entirely by what the land and each individual needs in that moment. You will spend the session outdoors in nature — standing, sitting and connecting with the earth. Sacred locations across Maui are available for every ability — from easily accessible spots to locations requiring a gentle hike. We will find the perfect setting for you.
