Our guides study with Hawaiian cultural practitioners and operate pono—doing what is right. They share moʻolelo (stories), history, and ‘ike (knowledge) about Hawaiian culture along the way. The Ke'anae Arboretum is a botanical garden that showcases a diverse collection of native Hawaiian plants and tropical species from around the world. (20 mins)
Relax in shaded areas and explore trails leading to refreshing waterfall pools. Seek out hidden trails to discover smaller, quieter waterfalls. (20 mins)
There are a number of black sand beaches and we know some secret ones. We’ll take you to the perfect one for the conditions on the day of your tour. If you would like to go to Wai'anapanapa State Park, reservations are required so please request when you book. (20 mins)

Visit for vibrant red sand and dramatic cliffs, a quieter alternative to popular beaches. Huli Huli Chicken, featured on Gordon Ramsay's "Uncharted," is a Hawaiian dish known for its sweet, savory, and tangy marinated chicken, grilled and frequently turned for a caramelized glaze, exemplifying the local culinary culture. Huli means to turn over in Hawaiian and it is flipped back and forth over local kiawe (mesquite) wood. (30 mins)
