Our guides study with Hawaiian cultural practitioners and operate pono—doing what is right. They share moʻolelo (stories), history, and ‘ike (knowledge) about Hawaiian culture along the way. There are a number of black sand beaches and we know some secret ones. We’ll take you to the perfect one for the conditions on the day of your tour. If you would like to go to Wai'anapanapa State Park, reservations are required so please request when you book. (20 mins)

Huli Huli Chicken, featured on Gordon Ramsay's "Uncharted," is a Hawaiian dish known for its sweet, savory, and tangy marinated chicken, grilled and frequently turned for a caramelized glaze, exemplifying the local culinary culture. Huli means to turn over in Hawaiian and it is flipped back and forth over local kiawe (mesquite) wood. (30 mins)
