• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Not recommended for pregnant women • Dress in layers • Wear closed toed shoes • Bring sunscreen and sunglasses • Bring money for meal stop shopping etc.Bike riders need to be: • 12 years old or older • 5’ tall or taller (1.524 m) • No heavier than 280 lbs (127 Kgs) • No beginner bike riders or pregnant women Bicycling is not without risk. Participants are required to sign an acknowledgment of risk. Tour conducted rain or shine.
