More Than a Ride: A Mindful Intro to Kihei’s Waves Surfing isn’t just about riding waves—it’s a masterclass in resilience and ocean literacy.
At our Kihei sessions, we go beyond the "pop-up" to offer a journey of self-discovery rooted in positive psychology and strengths-based coaching.
We believe that being a "water person" starts with understanding the environment.
Our experience begins on land, where we use behavioral science to break down the "why" behind the water—from reading weather signs and tides to mastering the art of the safe wipeout.
Once your foundation is solid, we transition into the ocean to practice: Ocean Literacy: Understanding the secrets of the Pacific and environmental respect.
Functional Technique: Mastering paddling and wave-reading without the stress.
Mindful Movement: Nurturing your body and building confidence in the surf.
Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to deepen your connection to the sea, we empower you with the skills and mindset to turn every wave into a victory.

Meeting & Logistics
We will meet you on the far end of the beach, if you're facing the ocean, under the shade tree. Parents/guardians do not have to partake in the session, but a parent/guardian must stick around the immediate area incase we need you.
