It's a mindful dance party on the beach from sunset to starlight that uses silent disco headphones and 3 channels to choose from, including Main Dance channel, Kids Dance channel, and Tranquil Meditation channel. The experience lasts 2 hours and is perfect for kids and guests of all ages. There are no dance steps to learn, everything is based on free form movement and mindful prompts to guide you. Taking place at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa next to Whaler's Village on Ka'anapali Beach, sessions offer a playful space to unwind and have fun together on the beach during sunset. This experience is all about creating joyful memories on the beach with healthy, mindful, and family friendly vibes. Wellness Entertainment Experience open to all guests and all ages, and does not require that you be a registered guest of the hotel.

Itinerary
The Westin Maui (Kaʻanapali Beach) is a family friendly mindfulness dance party on the beach.
You'll be wearing wireless silent disco headphones that allow you to dance freely and stroll the shoreline (400+ yards of range).
Choose from 3 channels at anytime —Main Dance, Kid Dance, or Tranquil Meditation.
Each channel features mindfulness prompts that guide you and encourage you to move in fun ways.
There are no steps to learn, this is not a fitness class it's a Wellness Entertainment Experience.
Most guests arrive early and set up towels or chairs on the beach before checking in.
Sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Choose the Sunset Session (5 pm) or Starlight Session (7 pm).
Headsets glow as dusk falls; LED glow toys available for purchase.
Headsets are sanitized.
All ages welcome; minors with an adult.
No alcohol.
Stay on the beach (do not enter the ocean).
Wear beach shoes; bring water and a phone light/flashlight for after dark.
Open to the public; Whalers Village offers paid parking.
Check in next to the Westin Shave Ice Truck (by pool and beach path near Westin Beach Bar).

All tickets will be delivered via email and will include a QR code. Waivers and parental release forms must be completed by ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP prior to check-in. No paper waivers are available at the booth.
