Explore unique planting architecture, crop production, and integrated animal systems that work together to build soil, cycle nutrients, and foster biodiversity. You’ll even get your hands (a little bit) dirty learning about planting, mulching and other activities, depending on the needs of the farm that morning.
As you explore the food forest, you’ll taste fresh fruit and plants directly from the tree and learn about their history and special uses. You’ll end the experience with a beautiful platter of tropical, colorful fruits from the farm and farmers across Kauai.

Discover knowledge to bring home to your own garden. This gathering begins with a guided tour through the vibrant food forest, exploring diverse planting architecture, annual crop production, and integrated animal systems that work together to build soil, cycle nutrients, and foster biodiversity. Following the tour and fruit sampling, guests will engage in hands-on activities such as planting, seeding, mulching or harvesting. Finish the morning with a feast of fresh local, tropical and memorable fruit from Kaua (120 mins)

Meeting & Logistics
Located at End of Kuawa Rd. When you enter the gates, stay left.
There is a parking lot on your left-hand side in the field.
Please do not drive past the signs or the white tent.
Head to the Tī House welcome center (green building located down the sidewalk on your lefthand side) to check in.
