Guests learn to cut fresh fish for poke, make perfect rice, and balance flavors for four local sauces.

All the needed ingredients, recipes, and tools will be prepared so we may dive in for a few hours of culinary joy, learning, and tasting. At the end of class, guests will enjoy an authentic Kauai meal made with their own hands and new friends. In true local style, no one will leave hungry!
Our 1/3 acre homestead is located on Kauai's sunny South Shore, just ten minutes from Koloa and Poipu. The tropical property is surrounded by lychee, avocado, orange, citrus, and banana trees.
We want our guests to depart with new friends, a further understanding of Hawaii's cultures, and the confidence to make the same dishes at home.
