Enjoy the presentation of the Imu Ceremony, a traditional cooking method in the Hawaiian underground earthen oven used to prepare a pua'a (pig) for a luau feast. During the ceremony, the roasted pua'a (pig) is revealed. Savor a delicious assisted buffet with traditional island fare. Enjoy enchanting and exciting Polynesian stage production featuring dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa and New Zealand with the awe inspiring fire knife dance finale.
