The young singer, dancer, composer and musician is largely self taught. Her passion for Hawaiian music gave her the energy and determination to work on her talent and she did it.

At the age of 18, she swept the Hawaiian music community off their feet with her first album Far Away Heaven that not only shows her great vocal abilities, but also a professionalism that is rare at this age. Only two years later, in 2004, she released her second success album Sweet and Lovely.

Raiatea's music captures the feeling of Hawaii; it exudes the Aloha and the sunshine of the islands and the people that live here. She sings in the falsetto tradition.
