Alecia's philosophy of wedding portraiture is that photography is a powerful art for documenting the radiance of a couple's love.

"I love spending time with the people I photograph," says Alecia, Capturing the vision of the bride and groom's special day is the reason I have such a passion for wedding photography."

Alecia has been taking pictures in three continents for over a decade. Her style is a fusion of journalism and artistic portraiture, showing you a vision of yourself in love. She captures all the moments of your day, big and little, telling the story of your love in images.

"Photography has been my passion for many years, and I am honored for it to be my profession. I love wedding photography because I love working with people, and what better day than one of the happiest of your life!"

Alecia is dedicated to continuing her education in photography, and enrolls in several intensive photography and digital imaging course at the Pacific New Media Institute each year. She is also an active member in the online forums Digital Wedding Chat and Digital Wedding Forum, places where professionals come together to share knowledge and ideas.

Alecia lives on Oahu with her husband and 2 dogs, who are really incredibly spoiled canines! They love that their mom works at home now, because they get to go to the park and play frisbee every morning before the workday starts...what a life!
