Did you know that Pearl Harbor is Hawaii's most visited attraction? Tickets sell out fast so get yours today!

Description:

Visit a significant historical location from World War II, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii’s number one tourist attraction. This tour gives you the chance to relive the attack as it actually happened on this fateful day of December 7, 1941. Learn about the heroes that confronted the unexpected attack and the surrender of Japan on the decks of the USS Missouri, where the peace treaty ending the war was signed.

You’ll learn, through live narration, of ''a day which will live in infamy'' by an expert guide on your way to Pearl Harbor. Upon arrival, you’ll begin the official tour, which starts with the showing of the dramatic film that contains real images of the attack.

Another activity included in this tour is a visit the Arizona Memorial and its museum, where you’ll see the Shrine Room featuring a marble wall that bears the names of the 1,177 men who died during the attack. For those who are interested in buying souvenirs, the Gift Shop located right there offers a wide variety of memorabilia and books for sale.

One of the most fascinating adventures that this tour includes is the visit to the “Mighty Mo” Navy Battleship, where you can view the dents caused by a Kamikaze plane, explore several exhibits including the crew quarters and missile launchers, and stand on the surrender deck where World War II finally ended through the signing of the peace treaty.

To complete the historic experience, you will also be able to view the headquarters of the US Pacific Fleet, the US Bowfin (a WWII submarine) and “the black tears of the Arizona” (small amounts of oil that are still bubbling to the water’s surface from the sunken warship, creating a rainbow on the surface).

Afterwards, visit Hawaii’s Army Museum and view the guns, tanks and helicopters. Step back in time to discover the amazing military story of Hawaii. Besides, you can see authentic aircraft of WWII on your visit at the Pacific Aviation Museum (admission fee included), where some airplanes are housed in a former seaplane hangar that survived the Pearl Harbor attack.

Finally, on your way back to Waikiki, you can get a glimpse of Honolulu’s history on your visit to Iolani Palace, the King Kamehameha Statue, the Civic Center and the Punchbowl National Cemetery of the Pacific.
