brightly-colored tropical orchids.
The restaurant's specialties include ahi-seared sashimi with Cajun spices,
island-raised moi with hearts of palm and oriental-style
steamed onaga.
Orchids' Sunday brunch is legendary and was named "Oahu's
Best Brunch" by Honolulu Magazine.
