 Hy's
Steak House is located in the heart of Waikiki on Oahu.
It is one of the most popular steak houses in Hawaii and
has been a Waikiki tradition for a quarter century. Hy's
offers a superb cuisine, which has been classified as
"continental," but the restaurant’s decor and menu
demonstrate a mixture of American, European, Hawaiian
and Pacific influences.
On the menu are USDA Prime grade cuts of beef, including
Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Porterhouse T-Bone and
Delmonico, which are dry-aged and trimmed on the
premises. Hy's signature steak, "The Only ", is a tender
New York strip, kiawe-broiled with the restaurant's
unique steak house sauce.
