 Duke’s
Kauai is considered one of the hippest spots in town. It
offers diners an island culture, a view of Kalapaki
Beach, live entertainment, an indoor waterfall,
delectable dishes, and an affordable menu. Duke’s Kauai
was named after Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaii’s surfing hero
and Olympic athlete, and the restaurant was built as a
tribute to him.
Located oceanfront in Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach
Club, Duke’s Kauai is one of the many restaurants owned
by TS Properties. This well-known restaurant and bar
offers a wide selection of fresh fish and prime steaks.
Dinner at Duke’s Kauai includes the bestselling
stir-fried cashed chicken, fresh ahi burger, grilled
chicken quesadilla, affordable fish tacos, and live
Hawaiian music. Fresh island fish is prepared in five or
six different ways: baked in lemon and basil glaze,
grilled with pineapple salsa, marinated in shoyu and
ginger, grilled in Parmesan cheese, grilled and served
in papaya lime relish, or sautéed and topped with lemon
capers.
While you are there, don’t miss Duke Kauai’s Caesar
salad and seven spice ahi - they are considered by many
as the best in Kauai.
Kids, on the other hand, have six menu choices: macaroni
and cheese, cheese pizza, chicken finger and fries,
shrimp campi, barbecue ribs with fries, and sirloin
steak with fries.
Like other restaurants owned by TS Properties, Duke’s
Kaua serve Kimo’s Original Hula Pie for dessert. Hula
Pie is macadamia nut ice cream placed on top of
chocolate cookie crust topped with chocolate fudge
sauce, whipped cream, and macadamia nuts. Nothing can
get any more delicious than this nut-chocolate dessert.
After hitting the sand and soaking under the sun, cool
down at Duke’s Barefoot Bar. Grab a beer or sip your
favorite cocktail paired with pupus, burgers, tacos,
pizza, and other light fare while listening to
traditional and country music, and a view of Nawiliwili
Bay’s sand and surf.
Duke’s Kauai is one of the most frequented restaurants
in Kauai. Booking reservations especially if you plan to
