13th Annual Na Wahine Festival

This coming weekend it’s time again for this annual all women’s multi-sport event, which takes place in and around Waikiki. There will be a sprint triathlon, sprint duathlon and a super sprint triathlon. Here is an overview of each competition:

– Na Wahine Sprint Triathlon: 500m swim/12 mile bike/5K run
– Na Wahine Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile run/12 mile bike/5K run
– Na Wahine Super Sprint Triathlon: 250 m swim/6 mile bike/1.5 mile run
– Swim and Spin: 500m swim/12 mile bike (the only aquathon in Hawaii)
