Old Lahaina Luau
Ever fancied attending a real Hawaiian luau? The Old Lahaina Luau on Lahaina, Maui lets you do just that, and much more. Long considered Maui’s premier luau company, it offers a wide range of luau options from festive casual gatherings to elegant, formal banquets. It’s the perfect Maui activity for those who like a good party and have a genuine interest in Hawaiian culture and history.
All luaus take place at the Oceanfront along Front Street, amid the historic town of Lahaina. This offers the perfect setting for a fun, fascinating event. Dining features a high-class open bar open throughout the evening, as well as a generous bouquet with a variety of regional cuisines. The menu is designed to suit all tastes, so there’s sure to be something for each of your guests.
Entertainment is provided with a presentation of hula and traditional Hawaiian music. After the presentation, guests can dance (or learn to dance) native dances as they mingle with locals, and refresh themselves with banquet food in between. You can choose from traditional seating, where everyone sits on Hawaiian mats, or a more conventional table setting. It’s also possible to arrange for special seats for disabled and elderly guests.
Luaus can be scheduled seven days a week and must be booked ahead of time, especially in the peak seasons. The current rates are $92 per adult and $62 per child under 12 years old, plus a mandatory 4.16% sales tax. Infants and toddlers not occupying single seats will not be charged.
