Our Maui vacation was the best one we ever took. We went with Jose and Maria, and they had picked the Paki Maui. We let them do the picking, because this was their fourth Maui vacation and they knew Maui hotels. We both got ocean front rooms and had a great time.
Jose and Maria spent most of their day just hanging by the pool or at the beach. The beach was close by, and they walked over each day.
We did some golfing and also spent some time at the beach and at the pool. I’m not a beach or pool or sunning type of person, so I was getting bored and wanted to do some exploring. We decided to spend some time just exploring Maui. I did more than Sara, though. She likes her pool time.
The rates weren’t bad. We liked the larger condo rooms plus the resort like services.
Most nights we spent just relaxing on the lanai and having a few drinks. Maybe too many drinks. We were not in the mood much for cooking, so we had dinner a couple of times out, which was good.
Both Sara and I did some diving, then we rented a jet ski. It was a blast!
Sara and Jose and Maria wanted to do some whale watching, and I said I thought that it was a seasonal thing.
We had a really good time at the Paki Maui and with Jose and Maria. We thought that of all the Maui hotels we’ve stayed at that this one was one of the best. Jose and Maria were already planning their next Maui vacation.
