Imari, located at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, features Japanese cuisine in a distinctive style, where you can savor both modern and classic Japanese dishes. The restaurant is the only place on the Big Island where you can experience teppanyaki dining (this is a shared dining experience where your own chef prepares the food before you). If you plan a special occasion, Imari has a private dining room surrounded by a serene koi pond.
