Located on the slopes of Mauna Loa, the course is quite unique in the world in that it sits on the rim of the active Kilauea volcanic crater, right next to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park at 4,280 feet (1,305 m) above sea level. It offers spectacular views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea as well as crisp air for a pleasant game of golf. The course also offers full restaurant and bar facilities.
